About NileBuilt

Making Non-Combustible, Net-Zero Homes the Standard

Founded in 2019, NileBuilt Corp. is on a mission to replace wood-frame construction with a patented, fire-proof, net-zero building system.

Our Mission

To make non-combustible, net-zero energy homes the standard in American residential construction. We believe every family deserves a home that won't burn, won't flood, and costs nothing to power.

Our Vision

A world where catastrophic home loss from wildfires, high-winds, and floods is a thing of the past. Where every new home produces more energy than it consumes and has a 100+ year lifespan.

Our Story

Born from a Simple Question

Founded in 2019 in Irvine, California, NileBuilt started with a simple question: Why do we still build homes out of wood?

Wood burns. Wood rots. Wood feeds termites. And wood-frame homes consume enormous amounts of energy to heat and cool. In an era of increasingly destructive wildfires, high-winds, and climate change, there had to be a better way.

NileBuilt's patented composite building system is that better way. By replacing every piece of lumber with fiber-reinforced concrete panels, commercial-grade metal studs, and integrated energy systems, we've created homes that are fire-proof, high-wind resistant, flood-resistant, and net-zero energy — all while reducing the concrete carbon footprint by 65%.
