Building Non-Combustible, Net-Zero, Resilient Homes

Our “wood-free” homes are constructed with materials that will not burn and will generate as much power through PV solar panels as is used, eliminating a monthly power utility bill, and are incredibly resilient against any form of damage caused by Mother Nature.

Our Patented building system uses propriety composite reinforcing, and recycled content to lower our cement carbon footprint by 60%, resulting in a completely non-combustible and net-zero home. NileBuilt Homes are the most durable, safe, and energy-efficient on planet Earth. Period.

Elevating Home Construction Standards

The first non-combustible building system engineered to combat California wildfires

Goodbye Wood, hello NileBuilt

The development of homes using lumber products is proving to become more and more inefficient, and the market is calling for an innovative solution to this growing problem.

As forests and homes burn across the western hemisphere, the supply of lumber continues to plummet, pair this with an ever growing population behind on home production and it’s no wonder the United States is facing a housing crisis.

Supply Chain Issues

The Industry’s Inability to Perform

For centuries, wood has served as the primary framework for residential construction in the United States.

However, with the emergence of intense supply chain issues and the vulnerability of wood when exposed to the elements, it is evident that the traditional reliance on wood has become outdated.

Did you know?

Homes built using lumber products have a low heat of combustion temperature of 600° F, which creates a “domino effect” once a fire ignites, this is how fires spread from house-to-house so quickly. NileBuilt homes however, are 100% non-combustible which completely eliminates the risk of fires starting and spreading.

Eco-Friendly homes without compromise

NileBuilt is here to help solve the housing crisis while creating eco-friendly homes that leave a positive impact on our environment.

Our proprietary building process includes the use of our net-zero and fire-resistant concrete building system, meaning our homes are fully self-sustainable and perform carbon-neutral.

Building a better future for all

NileBuilt Homes are designed to exceed the California Net-Zero Mandate, meaning our homes leave No Operational Carbon Footprint.

This is allowed by the use of a PV Solar System, as well as our Thermal Battery technology built within our concrete building system which stores and release thermal energy, completely eliminating a monthly utility bill.

Earth, Wind, and Fire: NileBuilt Homes Defy the Elements

Check out our interview with Dean Wehrli of John Burns Research and Consulting New Home Insights Podcast as we discuss the future of housing and how NileBuilt’s technology will change the way people live for generations to come.

While wood-framed homes have long been a popular choice, their susceptibility to water absorption during floods can lead to significant damage. That's why we advocate for the use of fiber-composite reinforced concrete in our homes, which offers unmatched durability and protection against water infiltration.

What do NileBuilt homes look like?

NileBuilt Homes are designed to stand out

  • Our Patented Net-Zero Building System allows for quick to build, long lasting, energy efficient, low maintenance, non-combustible homes that produce a High Thermal Mass, have layers of concrete protecting the insulation inside which makes the panels mold and termite resistant and exceed seismic standards. Need we say more?

  • Net-Zero is when an energy-efficient structure reaches a point where the actual annual consumed energy is less than or equal to the on-site renewable generated energy. This is very important to California housing because of the upcoming Net-Zero Mandates. Net-Zero not only benefits NileBuilt as the developer to expand into new regions by not having to pull energy from the existing outdated power grid, but also assists the home-owner by reducing, or eliminating utility and maintenance costs as well as helping shape an eco-friendly future.

  • In addition to our wall panels, we use a proprietary steel bar joist system for floor joists and roof trusses, both have a reinforced concrete top coat creating greater fire-resistance and superior sound-resistance when compared to wood. This system also adds to the overall structural rigidity and solid feel of a NileBuilt Home.
