Interior 2” X 6” fire-proof commercial grade metal stud framing used throughout the entire “wood-free” NileBuilt structure to maintain fire-rating and unparalleled safety, while helping to maintain low environmental impact on all of our homes.

Windows are low U-factor rated. A lower U-factor signifies better insulation and energy efficiency. Because of this, the Solar Heat Gain Coefficient (SHGC) also reduces the solar heat passing through the window, aiding the home to reach our Net-Zero+ Energy performance. High-impact glass is used in areas at risk of high-wind events.

Solar panel arrays are on all homes, and an essential part of our Net-Zero+ Energy technology. Because of our parapet roof designs, the panels cannot be seen from the street creating a beautiful clean aesthetic to the home.

Our patented Building System Technology stores and releases thermal energy. A PV Solar System and our NileBuilt Power Modules create our Net-Zero+ Energy technology, which stores excess energy generated throughout the day to either charge your EV at nighttime, or as essential power needed for back up in emergencies.

All cabinetry, floor coverings, and interior finishes use sustainable, and/or reusable materials when possible. We use only high-pressure low water use (LWU) plumbing fixtures, and low energy LED lighting in all homes because we also care about the welfare of our beautiful planet.
